We start with a free discovery where we understand your business, data and goals. We then propose a scoped first use case to prove value before expanding.
We agree on metrics together at the start: what is improved and by what numbers. We report results openly and do not dress them up. If something does not work, we say so.
In practice anything with an API or database: CRM, ERP, email, ticketing systems, data warehouses and internal services. We map integrations during discovery.
Data is stored in the environment you choose: your own cloud account, your own server or an EU-based provider. You decide, and we comply with GDPR.
Discovery is free. Projects are priced at a fixed rate from €8,500, and ongoing work on a monthly model from €4,500/month. Enterprise is tailored to need.
For projects, a fixed-price contract with clear deliverables. For ongoing work, a monthly contract cancellable with the agreed notice. At enterprise level, an SLA is part of the contract.
The free discovery acts as a trial: you get a concrete assessment and recommendation without commitment. The first scoped project is deliberately small so you can evaluate the collaboration at low risk.
A solution taken to production includes monitoring and documentation. In the ongoing model we provide prioritised support, regular reviews and maintenance. We do not leave the system to fend for itself.
Yes. We build privacy in from the start: permissions, encryption, retention periods and documentation. We do not, however, provide legal advice and recommend a lawyer where needed.
A scoped first use case is often in production within a few weeks. Larger initiatives proceed in stages, and we agree the timeline together based on discovery.
Yes. We do not sell an off-the-shelf package but build the solution around your business and data. Every implementation is tailored yet rests on proven practices.
That is common. Data engineering and governance are part of our service: we collect, clean and combine data so AI has a reliable foundation. We often start exactly here.
A discovery meeting can usually be booked for the same or the following week. Actual building starts as soon as the use case and goals are agreed.
